So, we offer a 60-day refund or exchange policy on jewelry and a 30-day refund or exchange policy on watches if they are in new condition. We have a generous trade-in policy. We will credit you the full purchase price of your trade-in item against a new item of double the price.
We guarantee lifetime replacement of your diamond, ruby, or sapphire if it is lost from its original setting. All that is required is that you have your jewelry inspected by us every six months. If the item is in need of repair, it must be repaired by one of our qualified goldsmiths. Remember to bring in your warranty card for us to sign when you have your jewelry checked and cleaned.
